Hi, I'm Vikki!

My philosophy is that whole food is the ideal nutrition to help people feel their best and achieve their goals. Healthy isn’t about being skinny, thin or having a six-pack, it's having more energy, fueling your body to feel your best and overall taking care of your body. I believe in making your nutrition program a new healthy lifestyle- not a diet. Together we will work towards building a better relationship with food to ensure long-term and rewarding results. I have a genuine passion to help others create the best version of themselves through nutrition and daily movement, resulting in the best and most healthy version of YOU.

I come from a background of eating struggles and yo-yo dieting through crash and fad diets. Limiting my intake of food only to binge on those very foods I was restricting myself from later on. My nutrition journey started when I was able to develop a healthier relationship with food, I did this by going back to basics- eating whole foods and fueling my body with proper nutrition. I was fascinated at how simple my new lifestyle was and how I truly didn't miss the processed foods that once had a vice grip on me. This fascination turned into a passion to help guide others through their diet struggles and lean into world of whole food.
