I’ve struggled constantly with my nutrition and weight for years. I’ve seen successes with restricting food groups but they were always short term results. I’d always find myself binge eating. After having my gallbladder removed, I found myself bloated and CONSTANTLY HUNGRY no matter what I ate throughout the day.
I joined the gym and met Vikki (one of the yoga/fitness instructors at the studio). She is such an amazing person and very very knowledgeable! I decided to reach out because I knew something needed to change.
I started with a 3 month package to get the basics and begin my journey with whole foods. Her weekly meal plans were so ideal especially for someone who needs to take the guess work out of meal prepping. Not even a week later, I was no longer starving and my bloating decreased. She works with you and your cravings as well! I renewed another 3 months (not only because her meals are amazing!) because I tend to eat whatever just to keep me warm lol.
My 6 month journey has come to an end but I left this program with so much knowledge and confidence that I can do this on my own. I’m also able to perform better and lift heavier in the gym.
